Revamped the plain shippers sent from the pharmacy to branded experience that makes hair loss seem easier to address head-on. Implemented copy on the interior of the shipper with positive reinforcement to get customers on track with hair growth and empower them to continue on their journey.

This page is focused on ingredients and client exploration. Our previous science page didn’t actually discuss the science behind why and how our ingredients for hair growth work. Our challenge was to make it clear and answer every potential question about each product and method of application to patients without overwhelming them. We also had to cut down the time our doctors spent answering questions that should be answered by our site. This page refresh gives them full breakdowns, new FAQs, visuals on hair growth and loss patterns for both men and women, etc. New & improved!

We worked on an affiliate program with hair stylists who can refer clients losing their hair. Stylists see so many clients each week, many experiencing thinning and balding. We thought this would be a creative way to reach a new demographic of prospective clients by offering them a solution as they’re staring into the mirror.

Since our target market was anyone over 35 who is looking for a hair growth solution, we thought we would speak to them directly. AOL and the sound that comes with the connection process is triggering and so funny. Lots of interaction.

We had a drop-off from our medical questionnaire, so to entice them we offered a steep discount on their first Rx orders. We wanted to show them the breadth of our offering from topical and oral hair growth prescription medications to over the counter and more.

We wanted to test the interest of incorporating a new high-priced product in with our prescription hair growth treatments. This laser hair growth stimulation helmet is a home device people can use to boost their growth effort. This landing page was written and designed to answer customer questions and pique interest with all the facts and FDA approved language for buy in.

A new approach to ads for our brand to get people who were already in the consideration phase with other brands but focused on ingredients for hair growth. Since we opened up hair growth options for women in the last year, this ad was tailored to a female audience including brand colors specific to that market and ingredients that with options for women under 50 and over 50.

Prescription hair growth medications take 3-6 months to see results. This email was sent out to people during the summer, showing them that if they started today you would see hair growth by the holidays.

We’re working with Boxy trucks where a truck is skinned with our ad and when parked at major events comes with a card handout and team-member to answer questions.

Our challenge here was to create relevant pop culture memes that still resonate with our target audience but don’t shame them into thinking hair loss is something they should be embarrassed by. The design here was done by the lovely Shannon Duke, concept by Genevieve Rochester, copy by me.

The Drake meme got a revival in fall 2023, so we decided to jump on it with this point about hair loss and growth. We wanted to encourage people to stop struggling and find a solution that works, formulated by board-certified dermatologists. Design by Shannon Duke, concept and copy by me.

85% of our customer base purchases through mobile. We worked on this landing page to promote a higher priced bundle for hair growth. Bundle offer three options for base ingredient needs for men and women.

Launched our newest product at Happy Head that not only grows hair but promotes sexual performance. Many men want to grow their hair back but they experience sexual side effects that put them off medication.

This is the first of its kind on the market to include both benefits. This page was meant to bring our unique value propositions to the forefront to improve customer understanding and ease of purchase.
